The other night at Karoake, Ms. Paige Roady and I were talking about how much we love the movie “Purple Rain.”
That film (and soundtrack) was made 26 years ago. This song, “Rocket” by Goldfrapp, is just being released now. But it could easily have been in that movie or on that album. It’s soooo 80’s. And sooooo good! And how badass is Alison Goldfrapp? Listen above.
