If you know me, then you know I love Australians. Especially Australian musicians and bands: Cut Copy, The Presets, Empire of the Sun….Men at Work (ha ha).
Anyways, another one of my favorite groups from Oz are the Midnight Juggernauts. Last year, Nicky and I got to hang out with them backstage when they opened for Justice at Terminal 5 ( I interviewed them and it was great, but we cut the interview short when ‘We Are Your Friends’ came on so we could all run out and watch it).
The Juggernauts have a new single, ‘This New Technology,’ out now and it’s been tearing up Hype Machine. The album is slated for early next year.
I got to speak with them again for New Noise. They’re very nice and, being Australian and all, they’re total babes.
